Destiny Found: Matchmaker Services Will Honestly Open Doors

I’m not the kind of cheesball guy, lethargically accustomed to going solo like a spoil sport. I’d wager people have never pegged me to write a ramble on great dating and companionship. Go figure.

Dependence is an avoidable foreign condition and entirely never written into my genetics. But, There’s no point avoiding it, I was forced to squelch a 3-year relationship and I felt a great deal for but truly would never last. So you might go on record saying it has been ages since I dated. I’m missing the great expectations in relationships that came naturally before.

I’m not used to being single. It’s a given that I don’t know how to lounge about, peacefully binging on Two and a Half Men reruns. The biggest factor behind this bout of fresh break-up dating apathy? The people I know are settling down, and most ladies I meet at work are taken.

My former golf friend, Tim, who will never have dating boredom, sympathized because he is almost somewhere he can relate. He introduced me to this Dallas dating service called Great Expectations. A bit out of character, but I like introductions with new ladies who meet my values. Go figure, I put myself on a plan and signed up.

Be honest, ya can’t complain by going dateless if ya haven’t picked up the phone. Just like our senior year basketball coach Paul Smith repeated to no end grinning, “If you don’t run you can’t score, shooter.”

So he was divorced 4 times. Still, he was on the money in a way nobody could understand. He always made us laugh. This fun Dallas matchmaking service I joined could have short circuted the old man’s brain.

At yesterday’s Great Expectations dating events I talked to dozens insightful and attractive singles that meet my expectations. I actually had a carefree night with a few pretty well-situated singles. Called it a night following a sweet farewell, and even developed some social networking connections for my career. Score.

Get out there. Can’t be happy if you sit the bench. Take it from me, you might as well have great expectations for dating.

Cheers!

Keith
